1 Down...51 To Go

One of my goals this year is to complete 52 yoga classes.  That's just one time per week.  Tonight was my first class of the 52.  And it was awesome!  How is it you walk into a yoga studio after a day of feeling tightness in your legs only to have the yoga teacher do nothing but leg work?  How do they know?   I really love the class that I found at The Yoga Experience.  It's a "basics" class, but that doesn't mean for beginners.  It's basic yoga poses.  I want to laugh when she does super hard body just does not bend that way.  But it will.  Maybe by class number 52!
