I have been having some problems with links on my blog...the next & previous buttons...people not being able to leave comments. I thought I'd try to download a new template. And then realized that my laptop does not have Photoshop Elements. I knew that. Really, I did. It's actually on my mac...but since my mac has been out of commission for the past 2 weeks, I just kinda...forgot. So please excuse the mess of my blog...it is hideously ugly right now. It will get better...I swear! Just as soon as my mac gets back from apple...
Edited to add:
The home/older posts buttons now work. Comments seem to be fixed. Audra & Becky, could you try to leave me a comment, since you've not been able to for a while? Thanks!
For my niece, Becky. We got to hang out yesterday at the Twilight marathon. We had lots of time to chat & I was reminded of what a wonderful & strong person she is. I just love spending time with her & need to do it more. Love you, Becky!
For girls nite out. Melissa Dunstan, Michelle Koechle & my fizzy friend Kim...thank you for a lovely evening at Cuvee928! Much needed time with friends...with the best appetizers ever! I feel lucky to be surrounded by such talented women. Thank you, my friends!
For my Aunt Linda. I used to be scared to death of her...maybe because my mom would say, "if you don't knock it off Aunt Linda is going to turn you into a pair of moccasins!". Haha...yeah. But now that I'm an adult I really enjoy my Aunt. I only wish I saw her more. Love you!
For Kim...aka my fizzy friend. She is funny...sweet...thoughtful...and wildly creative. She lets me help her at the shop & that fills a need for me. I love our brainstorming...our wine drinking...our silly twitter chats. Thank you for being my friend!
For Doris. I honestly could not get thru my day without her. She makes work fun! We walk 3 times a day together...just to get outside. We've become quite good friends. I have never laughed as much as I do with Doris! She's from Panama & she's a bit of a princess. We are night & day. Nice to have someone to even you out. Thanks, Doris!
For living in a place with four seasons. I know...you just fell over dead in your seat because I said I was grateful for what today brought. But you know what? I really am. It's beautiful outside! Something has happened to me this year...some sort of mental shift. I cannot appreciate the view & the weather in Flagstaff enough. Sometimes it even brings me to tears (not today though). Now, when the wind comes, you won't be hearing me singing this tune...oh no!
For my dogs. They bring much joy & happiness to my life. Don't get me wrong...they can be rotten shits (peeing in the house, eating the recycling, digging holes, etc)...but man I love them!
Lately my little Westie, Mia, has not been feeling so great. Even though she's struggling to get through the day she makes you feel like you're the only one for her. That dog sure knows how to show love!
For my friend Sherry. I met Sherry when she walked into my old store & asked me to hire her. She was an asset like you cannot believe! Unfortunately she moved back to Minnesota almost a year ago. I honestly didn't think I'd get to see her again. Luckily she was in town last week. I cannot tell you how happy I was to see her!
Sherry, I am grateful for all of your hard work, your positive outlook & your giving spirit. But most of all I am grateful for your friendship! Thank you for walking into my store. I couldn't have done it without you!
