I was going to cut processed sugar out of my diet. You know, like I was supposed to do months ago. So what did I do today? I woke up, made coffee & promptly ate the frosting off two cupcakes.
Well, not gonna beat myself up over it...maybe I'll have another. Tomorrow is a new day, right?
Beating yourself up over it would be just as bad as eating the processed sugar itself. :)
