Day 3 of the 30/30 Project

You'll need:

  • Three 4x6 photos.

  • Two sheets of coordinating print paper.

  • One sheet of 10 1/2 x 10 1/2 cardstock (in my case, it's the color natural)

  • A scrap of black cardstock for the photo corners

  • A scrap of whatever your 10 1/2 piece of cardstock is for the journaling block

  • ribbon

Here's what I did:

  • I selected a printed paper for the base (it's Hello Sunshine from Cosmo Cricket)

  • I added a 10 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch square of natural cardstock to the center of the page.

  • I arranged my photos & then decided that I needed to fill in the
blanks with a coordinating print paper...which happened to be the
    backside of the base page.

  • the strip to the left is 1 3/4 x 6 inches.  I added a ribbon to it that is about 5 inches long.

  • the journaling block (red) is 3 1/2 x 4 inches.  Before gluing
that down, I tied a ribbon all the way around the block, into a
knot.  Then I glued it down.

  • the strip at the top is 1/2 x 4 inches.

  • I added oversized black photo corners to the four corners of the page (thanks, Jamie!)

  • The actual journaling block is a QuicKutz shape, however you can cut a 2 x 3 block out of the natural cardstock in it's place.

If you'd like to create your page exactly like this one, we have six (6)
kits available today.  It includes everything you need to complete
this page, including ribbon, cardstock photo corners & the QuicKutz
journaling block.  The kits are just $5.  Get yours before
they're gone!
